Cancellation Policy
Booking & Pricing Service pricing listed is a starting estimate. Final pricing may vary depending on home size, number of surfaces, and overall service scope. A final quote may be provided before work begins. Deposits A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final service balance. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations may result in the loss of the deposit. Preparation Please ensure surfaces are accessible prior to your appointment. Removing personal items from areas such as countertops, bathroom surfaces, and glass areas helps ensure an efficient service. Service Limitations Protective coatings are designed to help reduce staining, buildup, and surface wear. Results may vary depending on existing surface condition and ongoing maintenance.
